Store credit expires 12 months from the date issued. In the event the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is resized in any way, said item will not be accepted for return. Merchandise offered at a special discounted sales price and special order items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or issued store credit. Items that are not in stock at the time of order are considered Special Orders and may not be returned or cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. - The return package must be post marked within 14 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.
