Description

The Imari Accent collection embodies many Japanese and Oriental influences in both food and life, making it the perfect partner to both contemporary and traditional table settings. Detailed with 22 kt gold. Made in England by Royal Crown Derby.

Usage
- Fine bone china must not be subject to extreme changes in temperature or exposed to a naked flame.
- Plates and serving dishes can be warmed before use in an oven or hostess trolley at a temperature of no more than 100 degrees
- Items with a gold or platinum trim must not be used in a microwave.
- Fine bone china should not be used for cooking purposes.
- Fine china is suitable for use both in the freezer and oven.


Washing
- Fine bone china is suitable for washing in a dishwasher - at a maximum temperature of 65 degrees centigrade.
- When washing by hand, avoid scouring pads and abrasive washing detergents which could remove the pattern.
- Most stains or hardened-on particles can be removed by soaking the item in warm water before washing.
- Really stubborn stains can be removed by soaking in a mild bleach solution for up to one hour.


Storage
- When storing or stacking plates, try not to slide them over one another, as this may cause scratches in the glaze.
- We recommend that a paper napkin is placed between each plate.
- Cups should be stored or hung from a cup hook, not stacked, as this weakens the handles.
- In hard water areas, deposits may form on your tableware in time if the water is allowed to dry on the ware. These soluble deposits can easily be removed with a dilute acid such as vinegar.

We are happy to offer an exchange or issue store credit for any gift purchased from us within 14 days of the purchase date. Store credit expires 12 months from the date issued. In the event the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is resized in any way, said item will not be accepted for return.  

Merchandise offered at a special discounted sales price and special order items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or issued store credit.  Items that are not in stock at the time of order are considered Special Orders and may not be returned or canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.   • Ship your return to the following address.

  • Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
  • The return package must be postmarked within 14 business days of receipt, after this time the return becomes void.

Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect the merchandise and email you with your credit or exchange update.

Shipping Information

At Smith’s, we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, most items ship within 24 hours. We ship packages Monday through Friday and do not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national holidays.

In order to ship, we require a physical address, either resident or business. We are not liable if given an undeliverable address and items get returned. If items are returned, Smith’s will refund items less shipping. 

Processing 

Orders are shipped within three business days of your order date. We do our best to keep our items in stock at all times, but sometimes items will be on backorder. In those cases, we will wait to ship all of your items together. You may request multiple shipments for an additional fee.

Transit Times

You have the choice of two different shipping methods, each with different transit times, please see below for estimated transit time. These times are in addition to the processing time. 

  • UPS Ground Delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days
  • UPS Expedited Shipping. We offer expedited shipping, but orders must be received by 12 p.m. Eastern to be processed the same day. If received after 12 pm Eastern, we will ship the next business day.
