Description

Constance was a petite turtle,
and while she was much smaller than the rest of her bale,
she stood out because of the unusual markings on her shell.
She was often referred to as “ the other”,
by turtles who could not see beyond their common covers.
but she did not allow this to get her down,
in fact, our heroine never once frowned.
Some days her eyes might swell,
but she would shake it off and refused to dwell,
knowing in time all would be well.
Since she was wee she knew was special,
and each night her parents would lovingly retell,
the story of the tortoise and the hare,
when a steady course and persistence had prevailed.
Soon Constance grew into her name,
and the markings on her back grew,
forming flowers in various shades of  coral on blue.
 Then Constance became the height of fashion,
suddenly “the other” look was everyone’s passion.
There were look-alikes and wannabes galore,
henna and stencil sales soared,
everyone wanted what Constance had always worn.
Despite all the hoopla Constance stayed true to herself,
aiding and inspiring all “the others” that needed some help.
Now you know her story and you can pass it on,
to everyone that feels a bit down or alone.
Keep steadfast with your kindness and grace,
embrace yourself and all your uniqueness,

Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Smith’s!  

We are happy to offer an exchange or issue store credit for any gift purchased from us within 14 days of the purchase date. Store credit expires 12 months from the date issued. In the event the item shows signs of wear, damage, or is resized in any way, said item will not be accepted for return.  

Merchandise offered at a special discounted sales price and special order items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or issued store credit.  Items that are not in stock at the time of order are considered Special Orders and may not be returned or canceled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. Return Process

Please take time to read this important information.

  • Email us at info@smithsofdublin.com and explain the reason for the return.
  • Ship your return to the following address.

  • Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
  • The return package must be postmarked within 14 business days of receipt, after this time the return becomes void.
  • Make sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us at 478-272-5112.

Upon receipt of your package, we will inspect the merchandise and email you with your credit or exchange update.

Shipping Information

At Smith’s, we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, most items ship within 24 hours. We ship packages Monday through Friday and do not ship on the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on national holidays.

In order to ship, we require a physical address, either resident or business. We are not liable if given an undeliverable address and items get returned. If items are returned, Smith’s will refund items less shipping. 

Processing 

Orders are shipped within three business days of your order date. We do our best to keep our items in stock at all times, but sometimes items will be on backorder. In those cases, we will wait to ship all of your items together. You may request multiple shipments for an additional fee.

Transit Times

You have the choice of two different shipping methods, each with different transit times, please see below for estimated transit time. These times are in addition to the processing time. 

  • UPS Ground Delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days
  • UPS Expedited Shipping. We offer expedited shipping, but orders must be received by 12 p.m. Eastern to be processed the same day. If received after 12 pm Eastern, we will ship the next business day.
